Lifetime Limited Warranty

Our albums and Coversets are guaranteed for the lifetime of the purchaser, covering any defects in materials or workmanship. If any component of an album proves defective, repair or replacement with the same or equivalent album or album part will be made without charge.

This includes:

• All sizes of Creative memories scrapbook Coversets and albums
• PicFolio™ Coversets and albums

Twelve Month Warranty

All other products have a twelve month replacement guarantee from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

Product Returns

To return a faulty product please contact your Creative Memories Consultant who will be able to arrange a replacement for you. If you do not have a Consultant please contact us to find a Consultant near you. If your Consultant is unable to help you, please contact the Creative Memories office.
