LOGGING IN AND REGISTERING
Can I use my existing cmphotocentre account to log in?
Yes, if you already have one, you should use your existing cmphotocentre account.
Can I use my VIP Rewards Club account to log in?
Yes, if you have one, you should use your VIP Rewards Club account.
How and where do I log in?
Visit creativememories.com.au, creativememories.co.nz or your Consultant’s website and click on Log in at the very top of the page on the right. You can also log in during the shopping process. You will be prompted automatically to do so.
I’m a new customer, how do I create a Digital Centre account?
If you know a Consultant, visit your Consultant’s website and click on Log in at the very top of the page on the right and begin the registration process by clicking the “Register Now” link on the page.
If you do not know a Consultant, visit creativememories.com.au or creativememories.co.nz and click on Log in at the very top of the page on the right to begin the registration process, you will need to choose a Consultant during the registration process.
What is a Consultant ID?
A Consultant ID is how each Consultant is identified. Your Consultant will be more than happy to provide you with their Consultant ID should you need it.
Why do I need to choose a Consultant?
Creative Memories is a direct selling business and all sales are directed through our Consultants to ensure personal service and assistance is available to all customers.
ORDERING
How do I purchase products?
Visit creativememories.com.au, creativememories.co.nz or your Consultant’s website and click on Shop Products. You can start shopping and log in during the shopping process. Or log in first (see above) and then start shopping.
How do I pay for my order?
Payment can be made with VISA or Mastercard.
How will my order be delivered?
Almost immediately you will receive an email containing an invoice, and emails containing a download link and activation code for each Digital Content or Digital software product you have purchased. A record of the download link and activation code for each Digital Content or Digital software product you have purchased will also be stored in your Digital Centre account under My Activation Codes for future reference.
What products can I purchase online?
Digital Content downloads and CD’s, Digital Software downloads and CD’s and Digital Vouchers can be purchased on creativememories.com.au and creativememories.co.nz.
A VIP Rewards Club member can purchase all products online after logging in with their VIP Rewards Club account.
Digital products and traditional products can be purchased online in separate orders on a Consultant’s website.
I'm a VIP Rewards Club member, what type of orders can I earn credits on?
You are eligible to earn credits on all Creative Memories product purchases with the exception of any printed StoryBook products.
VIP Rewards Club members are eligible to receive 15% credit towards bonus product on every product order they place. All current products in the Creative Memories online catalogue are eligible, including Digital Vouchers, Digital Content downloads and Digital Software downloads. Please note that StoryBook printed product which means StoryBooks, Page Prints, Poster Prints and Calendars ordered through the Digital Centre and paid for by credit card are not eligible to earn VIP Rewards Club credit. It is recommended VIP Rewards Club members purchase printed Storybook products using a Digital Voucher so they earn credit on the purchase of the Digital Voucher.
If my order only consists of Digital Vouchers or Digital Content or Software Downloads will I be charged postage?
No. As Digital Vouchers and Digital Downloads are emailed, orders that only include Digital Vouchers or Digital Content will not be charged postage.
If my online order includes CD’s will I be charged postage?
Yes, postage fees are as follows.
Australia
Orders $149.99 retail and under postage is $9.90 incl. GST
Orders $150 retail and above postage is $19.80 incl. GST
New Zealand
Orders $149.99 retail and under postage is $11.90 incl. GST
Orders $150 retail and above postage is $24.90 incl. GST
Can I avoid postage charges if I want to purchase CD’s?
Yes. You can purchase CD’s directly from your Consultant, simply contact your Consultant by phone or in person and place your order with them.

I’m a VIP Rewards Club member, can I purchase Digital Content and Software downloads?
Yes you can and you will receive credit towards bonus product on your order. You can also use credits to redeem Digital Content.
I’m a VIP Rewards Club member, can I earn credit towards bonus product when I order Digital Content and Software downloads?
Yes you will receive credit towards bonus product when you purchase Digital Content. You can also use credits to redeem Digital Content, you must log into VIP Rewards Club and start a Credit Order to do so.
FREE PRODUCTS & FREEBIES
Where are the free packages?
Free 12” x 12”, 11” x 8.5” and 8” x 8” pre-designed pages, Poster Print templates and Calendar templates are located in the product catalogue with all other purchasable products. Click on Shop Products / Digital Content and then choose from the appropriate sub-category. You can also search for free products, type in free in the search field located on the right hand side of the product catalolgue page and click Go and all free products will be listed.
Where are the freebie digital embellishments?
Visit creativememories.com.au, creativememories.co.nz or your Consultant’s website and click on Digital Centre, on the left hand menu click My Digital / Freebies. The free digital embellishments are located here because they are individual files and are not packages like all other digital content.
STORYBOOK PRINTED PROJECTS
How do I purchase my printed projects?
As always, start your order for a printed project within StoryBook Creator Software and click on the Order button.
How do I order more copies of a printed project that I’ve ordered previously?
Visit creativememories.com.au, creativememories.co.nz or your Consultant’s website and click on Digital Centre, on the left hand menu click on Re-order Printed Projects and choose your project type. You will be prompted to log in if you haven’t already done so.
Where can I read more information about Software and printed projects?
Visit creativememories.com.au, creativememories.co.nz or your Consultant’s website and click on Product Info, and choose from the options on the left hand menu, OR please refer to the lates Creative Memories Product Catalogue.
Can I order different Calendar projects on one order with one payment?
No, each different project is considered a single order with a different invoice number and will be charged a delivery fee. If you have multiple copies up to 4 of the same Calendar project you will only be charged one delivery fee of $10.00 (AUD) within Australia and $14.40 (NZD) within New Zealand.

How do I receive news via email about special offers on digital products?
Log into your Digital Centre (or VIP Rewards Club) account, click on the Digital Centre tab, click on My Details on the left hand menu, then click on About Me and tick the appropriate box under Keep Up To Date With The Latest.
